I understand that Cost Less Travel, a division of Chester County Travel, Exton, PA acts only as sales agent for the travel suppliers actually providing the services for your trip. Cost Less Travel, a division of Chester County Travel, will not be held responsible for carrier changes, flight schedule changes, loss or damage to property or injury of person caused by reason of any defect, negligence, or other wrongful act or omission by any other transportation company, hotel agency or party providing such services or facilities, strike, war, weather, quarantine, sickness, government restrictions, or any other cause beyond its reasonable control.Final Payments, Changes & Cancellation Fees
Final payment is due in our office no later than 70 days prior to departure. A late fee of $30 will be assessed if not received by this date. If final payment isn't received by 50 days prior, the vacation will be canceled and there will be no refund of the deposit.There is a $25 returned check fee for a personal check that is returned to us for NSF or other.
Once deposit has been paid
Any cancellations must be made in writing to Cost Less Travel.* Cost Less Travel will charge $25 per person cancellation fee if package is canceled once deposit has been made prior to 30 days before departure.
* Cost Less Travel will charge $50 per person cancellation fee if package is canceled within 30 days of departure.NOTE: Please be aware that airlines, car rental companies, hotels and other third party service
providers may charge additional fees for reservation changes or cancellations.Document Delivery
If departure is within 10 days of booking, a $20 shipping fee will be added to the total package price for rush shipping of documents from our suppliers. Documents will only be sent to the billing address of the credit card used for the purchase of the package.Passports, Visa & Proof of Citizenship
Securing any needed passports is the responsibility of the participant. A valid passport is required of all international travel excluding Caribbean, Canada and Mexico.Securing any needed visas is the responsibility of the participant.
Travel to the Caribbean, Canada and Mexico requires that U.S. citizens carry proof of citizenship. Your original birth certificate, plus a State issued photo ID such as your driver's license will be acceptable.
Domestic Electronic Tickets: State-issued photo identification must be presented at airport to board air carrier.
It is the sole responsibility of each passenger to research and obtain any needed documentation for his or her domestic or foreign destination trip. Passengers denied boarding because of improper documentation will receive no refund.
Travelers Protection
We understand that sometimes it is necessary to cancel your vacation because of an illness, injury, or death of yourself, an immediate family member or a traveling companion. We strongly advise you to take cancellation insurance. Ask an agent for the details.Taxes & Surcharges
Cost Less Travel, a division of Chester County Travel, reserves the right to increase rates due to airline fuel surcharges, airline security fees or government imposed taxes. Payment for air passage and/or tour programs are accepted by Cost Less Travel, a division of Chester County Travel, only with the understanding that the participant(s) have been made aware of, and agrees to, all conditions of this contract prior to sending Cost Less Travel, a division of Chester County Travel, any payments.
